VIPS Transportation Terms of Service (“Agreement”)
Please read these Terms of Service completely using vipstransportation.com which is owned and operated by VIPS Transportation. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at vipstransportation.com. By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of VIPS Transportation and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Online Terms and Conditions
The charges contained in the Reservation Confirmations are intended as a good faith estimate of the costs involved based upon the information known to us at the time of the reservation. It is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip.
Billing
All rides will be billed in US dollars. Hourly billing starts from the time the vehicle leaves the garage and ends when the vehicle returns to such garage. In all cases parking and tolls are additional, when applicable. Further, all airport transfers are for trips within the city limit only. Any travel outside of a city is an hourly charge with the same terms and conditions as set forth above.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at least 2 hours before the scheduled service for Sedans and SUVs; 48 hours Van, Mini Buses/Coaches; 72 hours for Motor Coaches and up to 24 hours in advance for International travel. If you do cancel a reservation, please request a cancellation confirmation from a reservation agent. Failure to cancel services within these time frames will lead to charges up to the full rate of the scheduled trip.
Definitions of charges, if applicable Gratuity
Any gratuity that may appear on this invoice is wholly voluntary and the amount constitutes only a suggested sum and it is entirely up to the payer to remit whatever amount, if any, they deem warranted. Both parties understand that from time to time it may be necessary to subcontract certain work without changing the total amount paid by the Company.
Security
We have endeavored to establish and maintain the highest level of security to safeguard the confidentiality of the data you provide us and/or your reservation details, including but not limited to the use of encryption, firewalls, and off site back up servers, and other security-related infrastructure components. However, no matter how extensive our efforts to safeguard your data, absolute security does not exist on the Internet and thus your own vigilance will certainly be advisable.
Disclaimer
VIPS Transportation will endeavor to keep all information available on our site as accurate as is possible. However, VIPS Transportation makes no guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the opinions, data and/or information available. User acknowledges that any reliance upon such opinions, data and/or information obtained from or through VIPS Transportation is at the sole risk of the User.
Corporate Liability
You as the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that VIPS Transportation, its officers, directors, employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if VIPS Transportation has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use of our interactive online website.
Validation
By clicking the check box on the credit card validation section and submitting the form, you, your company and or any other passengers who is authorized to travel under this account agrees to the terms and conditions listed here and further agrees to allow VIPS Transportation to charge the credit card (s) that you validated on this site for all future rides in lieu of signing a voucher or credit card slip upon the ride completion. The credit cards (s) that you validate on this form, are being pre-authorized for the estimated rate of service in USD. The credit card (s) are not being charged when clicking validate. You further consent to allow us to pre-authorize your estimated ride cost on your credit card upon each reservation entry.
Electronic Signature
By entering this website and/or submitting the information contained on this site, you agree to all of this site’s terms and conditions. You also agree that this transaction is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act) and you affirmatively consent to the use of an electronic signature in place and stead of your written signature. You understand that have the right to have this agreement provided or made available to you on paper on a non-electronic form, and you have the right to withdraw your consent to this electronic signature at any time at no cost by written notice to the company or by contacting our technical support department at (866) 638-5466. You may submit a paper copy of this transaction and print this form for your personal records. Your consent to use the E-Sign Act is not limited to one transaction but is extended to any future transaction between the parties. Access to this electronic record requires a simple browser program such as Internet Explorer or FireFox and a computer or internet enabled device. By clicking on the button below you adopt the use of this methodology to provide your electronic signature.
Termination
VIPS Transportation the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
Changes to This Agreement
VIPS Transportation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the A Ambassador Limousine & Transportation site immediately.
